European Early Music Network

R.E.M.A. (Réseau Européen de Musique Ancienne) was founded in the year 2000 in France and associates, among others, some of the most important European Festivals and Institutes dedicated to early music. Some of these are: Académie de France à Rome; Arte Musica Madrid; Associazione Antonio il Verso (Palermo); Associazione Musicale Estense (Modena); Atelier Lyrique (Tourcoing); Auditorium I Digione, Casa Piccini (Bari); Centre de Chant Choral (Namur); Centre de Musique Baroque (Versailles); Centro di Musica Antica Piéta de' Turchini (Naples); Dartington International Summer School; Dresdner Musikfestspiele; Early Music Network (York); Ambonay Festival; Pontoise Festival; Sablé Festival; Sabbioneta Festival; Ile de France Festival; Grand Théâtre de Reims; Il Bagno; Rennes Opéra; Festival voor Oude Muziek (Utrecht); Sté Philharmonique of Brussels; Théâtre de la Monnaie of Brussels (associated in January 2002).

Thanks to the cooperation between its associates, R.E.M.A. is able to promote Early Music by organizing co-productions, research publications and educational activities. The publication of the CD “Martirio di Sant’Adriano” by Francesco Antonio Pistocchi is just one important result of this collaboration.
